Everything. Not only was the room perfect and comfortable. (With amazing aircon) The people are the nicest I’ve met! Super welcoming and lovely. The restaurant below has a great vibe, with board games to play and great mango smoothies. Loved staying here so much and would 100 percent recommend. The location is perfect as super close to everything yet tucked away so it wasn’t loud at night. Great sea view aswell here. Definitely stay here if visiting Phi Phi

The staff was so friendly and helpful it was amazing! I was sick and stuck in bed for a few days and they helped me with bringing me food and water whenever I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, there were hot water and a nice sitting area just outside the room

The location of green house is perfect, walkable distance from the pier and close to the beach party area but quiet enough for sleep. The balcony is directly located on the beach. The bar area is comfy amd directly connected to the beach. Very relaxing experience. Yes the facilities are a bit old, especially the balcony door, but for this price and service and location, these small problems can be ignored. The boss and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The boss is a really good man. We really enjoyed the stay here. If we go to Phi Phi next time, will stay here again.

the man at the reception was very helpful and available at all times to communicate through messages and guide us through absolutely everything! he even booked us a private tour around the islands with snorkelling and other fun activities at a really good price! right down the road from the rooms there is a hidden beautiful beach that is everything you need. also many good restaurants and local shops and bars around! absolutely perfect 🤩

location great, away from the noise but everything within a 10 minute walk… and the stairs are not as bad as mentioned in other reviews.
