Fantastic welcoming staff who spoke good English. Fabulous location, away from the noise but only few minutes walk away from the main part of Pai. The homemade breakfast was super delicious and staff was helpful with anything I might have needed. The cottage is lovely and very relaxing. I'd like to go back to this place and spend more hours in the hammock looking at the mountains

parkside was the perfect stay for us whilst visiting Pai! everything was incredibly clean. our room looked even better than in the photos, it was super modern and the bed was very comfortable. i believe it was worth so much more than what we paid. we were able to rent a bike from the residency, and the hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable! the location is a little away from the centre, but this wasn't a problem for us as we had the bike, so i recommend doing the same. i would 100% stay here again, and encourage everyone else to do the same!

Nice bungalows in a charming garden. Not too close from each other. easy check-in and great staff. Comfortable bed with mosquito net. no A/C but fan is enough. great wifi. 2 min by walk : river bamboo bridge. 4 min : night market, shop and restaurants… So central but in a quiet area.

Me and my girlfriend have stayed for 3nights here Rooms are clean enough and the vibes was unforgettable.. there’s dogs which very friendly and want to play with guests😂 I really loved workers here.. they are so lovely, sweet and taking care of guests all the time as much as they could! So it was totally perfect accomdation for sure :) I would love to staying here when i’ll come to Pai next time :) But as you guys know the distance from walking street to Xpai is quite far away! I’d love to recommend you rent bikes(which either way you need to for Pai travel) Thx! All the best

The comfiest bed in Thailand. Seriously, we've been in Thailand for nearly 3 months and this bed was like heaven. I will be thinking about this bed for a long time.. The location is perfect. There is a little lane next to it that doesn't appear on Google Maps that gets you to Walking Street in less than a minute.

Canary Guesthouse is located along the Pai River. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a fan, a mosquito net and a seating area.

Lovely hotel, set in the most beautiful location, right on the river, can watch the tubing!! Our room was stunning, with a lovely balcony. Rooms were available for daily cleaning if you want. Staff were friendly.

Room and our private bathroom are extremely clean, bed is big and comfortable and even the mosquito net smelled like it was freshly washed. Staff are super welcoming and helpful, providing laundry service, clean drinking water, coffee/tea in the morning, toilet paper, and clean towels whenever we asked. For the cost, it was definitely a great value stay and we enjoyed it.

We are unsure why there is so many warnings about what to expect because this is a dream place. Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a projector even! You need a motorbike but then it is amazing
