We liked everything. Sam and his family are great hosts. Location is perfect closed to the beach, also to restaurants and night markets. Sam makes you feel like at home. We initially booked 2 nights and ended up staying 5.

All the staff members were incredibly friendly and caring. Our room met the requirements and the breakfast was very good. The best detail was that they not only let us leave our backpack in the hostel during the last day after the check-out time but they also allowed us to use the shower of our room when we came back to pick it up since the weather was really hot and we had been the whole day out. We were very impressed with that gesture.

Highly recommend! Super clean and cozy. No strange smells. Only fresh air. Everything is close (beach, shops, cafes and etc.) Super friendly and helpful staff. High level of hospitality! I didn't feel well when I arrived. They carried about me so gently and delicately. The room was spacious, with a large bed and unbelievably comfortable mattress (I slept like a child). Super big screen in the room (if you have Netflix account you can watch), all necessary tools (towels, soap, shower gel, toilet paper, even toothbrush and toothpaste). 2 bottles of water was in the fridge. Good view. Delicious breakfast. Everything is perfect! I felt like I was at home. Thank you so much!

The guesthouse location was great it’s on the doorstep of the food market and has so much to choose from , shops, restaurants and bars are near by . Just a short walk to kata beach and karon beach . The rooms are large clean with a nice balcony . The host is very nice and helpful. The bar has 3 sport TVs with a outside beer garden and the cocktails are amazing . Will definitely stay again
