It was an absolutely unique experience staying at 1720. The winery history, superb renovation of the winery buildings and the contemporary touches - refreshing natural water pool, the container bar and wine storage area, room amenities. Arthur goes above and beyond to make each guests stay enjoyable and comfortable. There are several indoor and outdoor areas to relax and a highlight for us was having dinner prepared by Arthur and Palmira and served with paired local wines.

The place was really nice. I had a top floor room and it was perfect, clean and comfortable. Location was great with easy access to the old town and restaurants etc. A/C was a plus. Highly recommended.

Everything was great! Daniel, the host, was very welcoming and friendly and made our stay amazing. The house is very comfortable and cosy, nicely decorated, and it feels like home. We ended our stay with fresh orange juice and coffee offered by Daniel. Great experience!
