Super nice rooms, well decorated, very clean and calm. The private pool is a real plus. Perfect to chill and relax. Mahesh is the manager of the place and was offering to us free pick up from the center to the cottage which really helped us a lot. I really recommend this place. The only 2 things that do not match with the description of the hotel: no free pick up from dambulla and no bikes to lend in the place.

The facility is located in an excellent location, close to Sygirya and national parks. The room is large, the bed spacious. It has air conditioning, which is important because of the heat. Breakfast is simple, very tasty. The owners are wonderful people, they welcomed us and we felt at home. The garden is wonderful, and the girl who served us breakfast is the most beautiful. During my stay in Sri Lanka, I was lucky to stay with many wonderful families, but this one definitely touched me in a special way. The room was clean and spacious, and while the location is a bit far from Sigiriya and Pidurangala, the family rented me a motorbike that was in the best condition of all the ones I rented in Sri Lanka. If you don’t want to rent a motorbike, they also provide tuk-tuk services. The hostess always served us tea or coffee with snacks in the afternoon and prepared the best curry I had in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All of this would already be enough to give the stay a 10/10, but the best part was the conversations I had with the two hostesses. They are so sweet and shared a bit about their customs and what it’s like to live in Sri Lanka, both in the past and present. They were also very curious about my culture and family, and it was wonderful to exchange stories with them! Even with the language barrier, we understood each other perfectly. Thank you for all the care and kindness!

The view is incredible, the hostess was really lovely, very helpful and the food was great. The room was clean and the location with the view of lions rock is incredible. We recommend to everyone ! The owner also very kindly helped us get back lost AirPods.

Super friendly host Anjua. He invited me to play cricket with his sons. The first time in my life and it’s loads of fun. Anjua also took me on his motorcycle to his secret spot with sun rise. When I finished the Lio Rock hike he also came to pick me up back home.
