The Jackson family and everyone working at the guest house were really friendly and welcoming. It was such a treat to have lovely homecooked meals and Sandra took into account all our dietary needs. This is the perfect place to do the Blue Mountain Peak hike, which was stunning. The beds were super comfy!

Orchid Cottage is the perfect place to stay in Kingston. It is located in the best part of town, which is very safe, green, and clean. Nearby, you’ll find shopping malls, stores, and excellent restaurants. Everything is easily accessible, and even getting to the mountains is quicker compared to other parts of the city. If you’re interested in Dancehall and street dancing on Monday nights, this location is also convenient for traveling to and from the events with Uber. Various public transport options are just a few hundred meters away on foot. The place was super clean and in a great location and neighborhood. The host was lovely and was able to fulfill all our requests. They even went as far as to extend our check-out time so my partner could arrive at the airport in time for her flight. I've decided that this is where I want to be for our next outing. The place even had additional things that made preparing meals cheaper and easier. Super happy we made that choice or else it would have been more costly
