Very comfortable bed, breathtaking view over the mountains, all you need utilities, private parking space, lovely garden, delicious breakfast, extra care for guests' food allergies, proximity to a shopping center (2 min drive). The location is very good because the house is very near to the train station and to the lake. This was important for us because we travelled by public transport. The room was very comfortable. It was a bit warm at night but there was a fan what was very useful. Everything we needed for a few days stay was available.

This property is absolutely stunning and pictures do not do it justice! The view is so incredible at all hours of the day and it is only a short walk from the station which was such a relief, especially when carrying heavy suitcases uphill on cobbled roads. It had all the facilities we needed including hairdryer, an adapter, USB ports as well as kitchen facilities. Everything was very new, well kept and very clean which made the stay even more pleasant. Enrico was helpful throughout the stay and was very easily reachable through WhatsApp. His shop is only 20 meters away from the property and is well worth a visit for some delicious gourmet gifts as well as any snacks/drinks you need during your stay. Shops and restaurants were a quick 9 minute walk from the property as well as the Villa Monastero which is well worth a visit for the scenic views. The ferry port was also only a few minutes away with easy access to Bellagio and Mennagio. Overall, a fantastic trip and very accessible for those who don’t have a car.
