Perfect location. Very comfortable, cozy, clean and tastefully furnished room with all equipment necessary for a short stay. Free WiFi. Good communication with the owner. We give it 10 out of 10. If we come back to San Gimignano (we hope we will:) we will surely look for this place again.

Such a fabulous location! Right in the centre of the old city, great vantage point to watch all the hustle and bustle below. Claudius met us at the gate of the old city and walked us to the apartment, pointing out areas of interest, shops etc. As we were travelling very light, the stairs posed no problem, but if you have big heavy luggage keep this in mind. Loved our stay, and highly recommend it.

Perfect location. Three minutes walk from the city center and panoramic views. The Windows overlook a quiet street, near a garden and thanks to this fresh air. Wonderful apartment: comfortable bed, wardrobes. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Fresh renovation in the bathroom, good plumbing. Renata was very friendly and was always in touch.

This property was outstanding in every regard. Centrally located, ultra clean and spacious. A bar fridge if you choose, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom is fantastic plus there’s a walk in robe. The bed was also super comfortable. Barbara the owner was also lovely to speak with. The camino path goes right past.

Centrally located for Siena region, easy to find, lovely host Claudio and his breakfast lady (sorry didn't ask for her name) was really lovely and attentive. The room was spacious and clean, staff cleaned the room every day. Continental Breakfast spread was very good with enough to choose from and the coffee was excellent. If you are visiting San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Siena on a budget you should really try this guest house, I recommend it highly.
