We had a wonderful stay at Demora Minelli. The room was spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities we needed – a comfortable bed, a great shower, a TV, and thoughtful touches like USB ports by the bed. Its location is perfect, just a short walk from Monopoli’s main train station. The host, Paolo, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Monopoli!

EVERYTHING! :-) this was the best hotel we have been so far! the rooms are super clean and beautifully decorated. the beds are extremely comfortable - we slept so well! and of course the jacuzzi with a view was a highlight. every morning we had breakfast on our cute balcony. you could chose between a traditional Italian (with fresh fruits!!) or continental breakfast. perfect location - you are in the center within a minute! Mariantonietta was always there when we needed help, she always replied so quickly to our messages. We immediately felt home when we entered the building for the first time! also the owner and his family were super friendly :-) we were sad that we had to leave, but we want to go there again for sure!

Perfect stay and good value for money in the heart of Monopoli! Owners were very helpful with parking and restaurant reservations (book ahead!) We didnt have trouble finding a free parking spot under 10 min walk away in mid-July. Apartment in 1 st floor is not on street level (good thing, very quiet) and was very clean and spacious, we didnt feel we wouldve needed any upgrade (plus had less steep stairs!) Thank you, would definitely stay again :)

The accommodation is exceptional, it has been completely renovated by its owners, who put a lot of effort and love into this beautiful place. The location is great; it is close to the old town but out of it. Windows are fully insulated so you cannot hear anything from outside. A word apart for Beatrice and Francesco, who offered many ideas and tips about things to do in Monopoli and the area. We hope to come back in the future!
