We had a wonderful stay at this property in Modena. The location was absolutely amazing—close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The space was spotless, with a clean and minimalistic design that felt both modern and welcoming. It was very comfortable and had a great ambiance throughout. The rooms, which are self-check-in with a smart web access system via mobile phone are super clean, decorated with love to details and very cosy (very comfortable bed!). The apartment itself is located within a mile or 1.5km of the city center main square, so comfortable walking distance. There is free parking in the street. Massimo, the host, is incredibly helpful and responsive. Value for money is exceptional. Loved the stay and highly recommend this place!
