I felt very comfortable at SAI HOMESTAY in early May 2025. The two hosts, Sunita and Sai, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully furnished and very clean. The bed had a comfortable mattress and tasteful linens. The shower/toilet area was equipped with high-quality fixtures. The air conditioning was also high-quality, efficient, and quiet, and there was a large refrigerator in the room. I also found the lighting very pleasant and the Wi-Fi speed was sufficient. A bit about the surroundings: The accommodation is located approximately 60-70 meters from the beach, making it very quiet. Right in front of it, on the beach, was my regular spot with excellent food that was even a bit cheaper than other places. Every evening before dinner, I could enjoy the beautiful sunset from there.

How we glad that we chose Maria Guest House for accomodation on Goa, it was perfect choice! The room, towels, bed sheets were clean, also unlimited hot water 😁 Our room also had nice terrace with palm view where you can sit and relax. The place is 3 minutes walk to Palolem beach! The best point about MG House is his owner Mir! Mir helped us in all questions, recommended best places to eat and visit, he was very kind and attentive. The lovely appartments are spotless clean, the view on the sea is amazing and the silence at night is absolute (no cars, no dogs, no music) and this is so rare! The staff is entirely dedicated to the customers, they'll drive you, bring you anything you need, without ever intruding on your privacy. The food is top-notch, fresh and cooked to order. Actually the place is famous for its restaurant (2nd generation chef). The area is extremely expensive as it is a bit of paradise, and all accommodation around here are three times the price they are charging here. So don't miss the best value-money accommodation of Cabo de Rama!

    This Guesthouse is in a lovely quiet end of the main road and only 1 street from what we considered the best part of Agonda Beach! The hosts were so lovely and accommodating, allowing us late check out to store our bags and providing power adaptors. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was huge. It was one of our favourite stays this trip!!
