Absolutely fabulous b and b. Huge room, wonderful staff, great location and breakfast to die for.

The location was perfect for everything and training into Edinburgh. Lovely people and such a comfortable bed. The fellow who owns the place went out of his way twice to help. One involved taking my friend in the car to another village to pick up her bag . Many many thanks for the kindness !

Such a warm reception from Amanda and Rob, who were very accommodating and helpful with hints about what to see and do in the local area. Our room was set up beautifully and the added extra of and ironing board and iron was very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. Amanda also cooked and served us a delicious Breakfast. The location was central to shops and attractions.

Wonderful place to stay near Melrose. Hosts are incredibly kind. The house is spacious, well decorated and comfortable. Superb breakfast. Definitely recommend to stay here
