..A walk from everything up a steep hill with room views over slum area. But reasonable priced. A 5 min walk to metro. A 20 min walk from a massive commercial centre of multi- cinema, lots of excellence different restaurants...comfortable place for walks..Even walked to excellent massive beach with excellent bars + restaurants a walk of 2 hours down hill. Could have got metro very easily from La Salud also and saved walk..,well recommended for getting totally away.a guest house with rooms of 3 star hotel with space...No actual reception, but safe easy security system. Well recomended & use again...!!!

Very cozy and beautiful boutique hotel in a tenement house. Very atmospheric interior wrapped in a beautiful scent of organic cosmetics. From the street side view of the church. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds. Close to the center as well as to the north bus station (bus 54) and metro. I highly recommend it. I will definitely go back there.

We're completely satisfied with our stay at the Pension Ciudadela. We reached the location by R2N and R2S from the BCN airport, as it was recommended by the hosts. The building has an elevator to the rooms and a terrace. The facilities are new and clean. The shared kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery, as well as an electric kettle, coffee machine, and microwave oven. Our room was quiet, with windows facing Carrer de Comerç. We admired the pension's location. It's close to a bus stop, the metro, Barceloneta beach, supermarkets, the beautiful Ciutadella Park, and has a lot of cafes in the area. We communicated with the staff in English or using Google Translate. On the day of check-in and check-out, we left our luggage at the pension free of charge.

Hostal Goya has an ideal setting, 5 minutes’ walk from Plaza de Catalunya and Las Ramblas. It features stylish rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi access.

This is such a special hostel - more like a hotel really, but with a warm, comfy feel. I loved the sitting area with its coffee table and book selection, as well as the paperbag of breakfast with myname on it and the weather for the day. The staff went out of their way to help me with the next day’s trip. I loved the modern decor and centrality of the hotel. But mostly I appreciated the little booklet with Barcelona’s weirdest historical anecdotes.Such a personal touch! I will surely go again!

The location was excellent, literally just up the street from the Estacio de Franca train station and Barcelona Metro so transport was a breeze to and from the airport, as well as close to La Rambla, historic centre and cruise ship port The breakfast was superb offerings, great fresh juices, coffee, cold meats and cheese, cereals, breads, croissants, etc ... overall top notch. Sandra is a wonderful host and super helpful, with a great passion for customer experience.
