The hotel exceeded every expectation. The staff were lovely even when we lost our key the staff all had smiles and kept saying its okay. We were given another key and that was the last it was mentioned. Anything we needed extra it was instantly provided. The location is perfect, it is in the centre of worms and near the station so everywhere is super accessible for walking. The room had everything we needed we even had a kitchen which we cooked in regularly. And the heating was super easy to use and fast to heat up or cool down the room when needed.
