It's perfect. The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. There is also a great kitchen and pots and utensils. You can cook by yourself. There is also a restaurant opposite, which is very close. You can see the ski resort from the window. It takes only 10 minutes to drive there, which is very convenient. I will choose this place again next time I go skiing.

The host Jan was super helpful and nice, very easy to communicate with and ask any questions. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and warm, the beds were very comfortable. The shared kitchen with a dishwasher and free tea, coffee and milk is a big plus, saves a lot of time and money. The location is convenient if you have a car, 15-30 min away from ski resorts, 15 min away from Karlovy Vary. There are restaurants, a bistro and a minimarket 1-3 min away.

Nice comfortable and solid room. 3 of us had a good time. Beds were very comfortable, good breakfast, and just a few hundred metres to skiing.
