Spacious room and bathroom, very clean, centrally situated but quiet. Close to all the restaurants and shops. Excellent value for money. Breakfast is functional like bread, cheese, ham, cereal and fruit. It has a common area with tea and table that can be useful. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful place to stay. Located in the city center, with supermarkets just steps away and a 15-minute walk from the bus terminal. They let you use the well-stocked kitchen. The included breakfast is very generous, from savory to sweet, perfect for starting any activity! There are two common areas where you can make friends and share stories. The cleaning is well done and the rooms are very warm and welcoming. I love this place! I know I'll be back soon!

Best Hotel by far in Puerto Natales. The lady at the reception, I think she was the owner, has been great during the all stay providing perfect info and recommendations and satisfing my all necessities from bus reservation to fixing a Breakfast box since I couldn't have breakfast. I higly recommend this hotel

Big room, clean, nice kitchen to use, lovely breakfast available also early in the morning (though just sweet, no cheese or similar), Bill was so nice and when we forgot our food in the fridge, he organised to bring it to the park for us!
