The host, Valerie, was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Despite the cold weather, the property was super cozy and snug. We both had the best nights sleeps while staying too! Valerie brings a lovely breakfast to the door each morning. I am so glad we chose Joly Tiny House and not a hotel.

The location of this accommodation is very easily accessible, and within 30 mins to the station - the tram and bus come within 50 metres from the place and it is super convenient. We stayed here (family of 6) for three nights, and they were very welcoming and had provided detailed instructions for the ease of our stay. The check-in and check-out was also very smooth. Ben and Patricia are fantastic hosts - super helpful, accommodating and a pleasure to converse with - and they have a gorgeous kitty.

it was a beautiful room, with a great view and the location was simply excellent. it was easy to find and the instructions on how to get in through the gate and to the room were very clear and easy to follow.
