Wonderful location, very comfortable, quiet, and clean room, TV with many channels and fast Wi-Fi, very well-equipped bathroom and toilet, excellent value for money, hassle-free access to the room (based on a code system), high professionalism of service and hosts, easy contact with the hosts. Excellent room design. Opportunity to use a communal dining area equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, comfortable seating, refrigerator (in the corridor).

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.

Very nice, clean and modern room with very kind staff. The common kitchen is a big advantage plus you can have coffee and tea. Also it has a very good location, for example Naschmarkt is just a few minutes by walk.
