Nina and her husband are very friendly. The room is very clean and bright. The common room is delightful, very condortable. There's a balcony for watching the sunset. The bathroom is very nice. The breakfast is also very good (ask for the honey, it's homegrown).

This was my best experience in Armenia. Hosts offered me a tea when I arrived. They have nice terrace which looks exactly the same as on the images. In the morning some very kind woman served breakfast. It was everything from sausages, to eggs, bread, marmelade. It really exceeded my expectations. I wanted to pay them more then needed but they refused :) Location high in the mountains, near the monastery and wings of Tatev. Room has a electric heater, so no worries you would be cold. Btw. some tip to newcomers, take a note, there is no gas station nearby, so better to fill tank before you go down and then up the Tatev. I nearly used all reserve on my motorbike :)

The breakfast was fantastic, and the shakshuka surpassed everything we tried in Yerevan. Fresh vegetables and pastries were always served with breakfast, and once there were pancakes. A special thanks for the check-in – we arrived after midnight, but we were still greeted with the keys. We also appreciated that in the evening, simple meals could be ordered in the same dining area where breakfast is served. The location is remote from large villages but incredibly beautiful, nestled near a hill and a pine forest. And also it's a really pet friendly place.
