The staff are very friendly. It is located at the end of Amoji village, quiet. Very beatiful garden. It was very clean. There was a small kitchen in common area. We ordered breakfast (2000 drum per person) which was very delicious and served on the bench in garden. You can see a rural living there. You can park you car in the yard. We ordered a dinner from the host, the dinner is too enrich, and it's nice the host provided the breakfast in free of charge. The location is very good and about 5 mins walk to the monastery.

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly owner and his family. Room was clean, beds comfortable, countryside location was great. We slept very well and wish we could have stayed 1 more night.

Our stay at the aghasu tun b and b ended up being one of our favorite parts of Armenia. Amalia (sp?) was a lovely host who not only was a great chef but it was very nice to get to know her and share our love of music together. There is a communal area where we got to spend the evening with other guests who were also very lovely and showered us as well with Armenian hospitality. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Surrounding area is very beautiful (don't miss Lori fortress). Amalias garden is also really cool!
