Palazzo Pacini was our favourite place to stay while in Tuscany. We arrived after 9pm because of flight delay. Owner called and was ready to wait us. He was very welcoming and kind, showed parking area (5min walk from the hotel, public and free) and gave a lift back to the hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Loved the area around the hotel, had very good pizza across the street. Breakfast was delicious. Loved everything.

The accommodation had everything you could need and a very comfortable bed. The gelato shop next door is great and helped us feel part of the community. We were sad to leave.

We stayed here for my birthday and honeymoon and is the best hotel I have every stayed in, anywhere else in the world it would be a 5star+ hotel. The staff can not do enough for you, I have never experienced customer service like it, anything you want to do while staying with them they will organise restaurant, taxi, activities etc. You dont have to lift a finger. The food was amazing all day from breakfast to evening meal. We cancelled a restaurant reservation because we just wanted to eat at the hotel again food was that good. We took advantage of the activities they offer doing the cooking class with Mario and hiring the ebikes exploring the national park the hotel is located in. I would thoroughly reccomend both, we enjoyed them so much. I couldn't reccomend this hotel enough from all the personal little touches they did to make my birthday and honeymoon truly unforgettable.

I want to say thanx to Francisca, they lady who helped us in the check in, she was very helpful and friendly. the place was in the middle of Tuscany’s countryside which allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the nature. the leaving room was wide and with fully equipped kitchen. They offer complementary snacks and beverages like tea bags and coffee beans. I highly recommend this place
