The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They take your bags up to your room for you (due to it being an old building with no elevator, though it’s only a couple floors). Parking was available for our car and the place was very secure. Marta and Viviana were very kind and accommodating and offer a lovely breakfast each morning.
