This place feels like home and makes you want to return in the future. The area is calm and quiet and has a supermarket and a coffee shop nearby. Parking is right next to the house. The hostess is very sweet and friendly, all the needed information about the place was provided to us in advance as the check-in is contactless.

The room is spacious for family and it is very clean. There is small super market Billa downstairs and a bakery/coffee next building, a Chinese restaurant at 2-min walking and asmall big super makbi about same position, direct bus to Jakominiplaz city center bus inter-change, I would say it is very good for longer stay with local day-pass.
