The lady who assisted us with our check in was kind enough to allow us an early check in. We were with our 2 kids after a very long flight and were very happy they were able to accomodate our request. Breakfast was great!

Really nice staff and super comfortable and modern hotel, put us in a great mood and it was the best part of our trip coming back to the hotel! :) It's super near Old Trafford and it feels great to just walk back to a nice hotel room at the end of the night when there's such a huge crowd. Staff was super exceptionally nice and it was just a great and comfortable stay. Wifi was also great and very fast, and many restaurants deliver to the hotel on food delivery apps. It's also very well-connected, very easy to get to central.

Very quiet place, windows do not overlook the street as the hotel has a large private parking in front. The room was very clean and matched the description. Right nearby there is a convenient tram station for easy and quick access to the city center. Breakfast was fantastic, 10/10. Friendly staff at the bar and reception.

Enjoyed our Christmas vacation stay in Manchester. Was an ideal location close to the Trafford Centre and Manchester City Centre. Staff were awesome, very helpful as always, and breakfast was delicious. Looking forward to our next stay during the UK summertime. Thank you 🙂
