Amazing palace which is a proper hotel- can be compared to the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai. Lovely lounge with live piano in afternoons, heated pool, steam and sauna, excellent adn well equipped room with a superb view on two sides. The breakfast was a real treat with top notch quality, service and luxury exuding throughout the hotel. The gardens outside with the garden cafe was lovely each evening. It is a top of the line hotel with luxury and comfort every step of the way. My children were thrilled with the unlimited free minibar in the room.

It’s a wonderful location, a beautiful garden, very nice and newly renovated lobby/reception/bar and a fantastic Jugendstil dinner hall. This was absolutely exceptional stay! Our room was cozy. Incredibly helpful, kind and willing staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Great food for breakfast and as well for dinner. Our room was always clean and it was really relaxing place to stay. We had to admit that we are so overwhelmed by all the extra things the hotel offers - full access to OVAVERA, transport tickets (including cable cars) or lunch boxes for hikes! When we came, Paul welcomed us so nicely (we are traveling pretty often and have never experienced so warm and helpful introduction) and booked for us a table at the restaurant right away. Also he explained us what to do around. All other receptionist were also incredibly helpful. We even prolonged our stay at the hotel because we felt like home and stunned by the city and surrounding. This was our first trip to St. Moritz and definitely not the last - we are already planning our next trip.

It was a 100 out of 10 experience. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Kulm Hotel when visiting St. Moritz. Every stuff was professional, warm and kind. The faculties were in classic style but modernised with perfect usability and accessibility. I highly recommend the spa and treatment at Kulm Hotel as well. It was the top experience and I would like to come back every year.
