The ski slopes are 200 metres away. Mostly everything. We knew this hotel from 40 years ago when my grandparents stayed there. It was a fancy hotel back then and although it aged, they managed to revamp it in a way that it is a very good value for money. The wellness section has so much variety we could spend the whole day there. Room is spacious and comfortable. Other facilities like kids club and bowling are great addition for families with kids. Location is fantastic, all the main hiking routes pass by the hotel, we didn't even take the car out most days.

Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The location is perfect! Exactly 1 min walk from the train station 😊 The kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor play areas. Private wellness was great.

Hotels history dates back to more than 100 years ago, to its spectacular opening in 1905. It offers rich history, stylish interior and an excellent cuisine. Meals can be also enjoyed in the traditional Slovak style restaurant reachable within 100 metres. The nice historical building of the hotel had great location in top of the city, no so far from ski resort. We like the outside pool and spa in the hotel especially during the winter time.
