Every single staff member we came across was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone. The location is perfect - in Thamel but in a quiet street, no noise. Everything looks brand new. The area is popular for cycling, and bike hire is available at this 4-star hotel. Absolutely divine hotel amongst the dust and chaos of Kathmandu. We have stayed here twice and wouldn't consider anywhere else. Always clean, professional, safe, comfortable, and filling (breakfast buffet). We stayed here as a family and really appreciated Sachin's warm character at breakfast. He is the epitome of customer service and charm. They will store luggage for you while you trek, too! Heater in the room works a charm, beds are fluffy and clean, elevator if you're on a higher floor, beautiful rooftop terrace for meals, very clean rooms, and very hot water. Perfect!
