The welcome and check in process was really easy, very welcoming, and nice small touches like early check in and welcome card. The lounge area and facilities are brilliant and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Really brilliant location too next to parking.

The hotel was spacious and very clean. Our room was very comfortable, well equipped with a large bed, a lounge area, ironing facilities and an office space. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The staff were professional and very helpful, from the reception to the housekeeping staff. We had a problem with our room thermostat, and the duty manager was amazing and so friendly and resolved the issue so efficiently, and we appreciated that we were given a discount for the night.

Stayed in this hotel for second time, last year (2023) stayed here too. Very clean and comfortable hotel and rooms. Had courtyard view this year and it was very quiet. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
