We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and how nice it was. The view of the volcano was gorgeous (when it wasn't raining). The staff at the restaurant and reception were amazing. We had a couples massage and loved it. The resort was really nice, well kept and clean. The "hot springs" were not quite what we were expecting but still really nice.

Our stay at Noah’s forest really exceeded our expectations. Wonderful and peaceful location, in the middle of nature and very well curated, amazing ambience even in the restaurant, surrounded by green. We felt welcomed since the first moment we arrived and until the last one when we left: a special thanks to Anna, Daniel, Alan and Jafeth who we had the pleasure to meet, who gave us tips and recommendations on activities, places to visit as well as accompany us around the hotel to show us all the amazing plants, let us taste Costa Rican fruits as well as spotting sloths. We can’t say enough good things about this place :) Right from the time we arrived, we were amazed at their hospitality! We were offered a flavourful welcome drink, our room was decorated, and they also left us complimentary champagne and chocolates for our anniversary! The property itself is beautiful!!! The rooms are spacious and you wake up to the sounds of birds. The pool and the jacuzzi were great. Randall (at the reception) & Josue (our server) were amazing! Mary (took us for a night walk around the property) and Ray were great! They also gifted us a souvenir when we were checking out :)

When we arrived I saw one of the most breath taking views ever. The volcano is so close and makes a crazy impression. I could just stare at it. I wish we could stay longer. Such a peaceful and calm environment, breath taking view on the volcano, well maintained gardens, fantastic pool. So much wildlife- we could hear hundreds of birds all the time. I recommend visiting nearby restaurants as there are so many just a few minutes away. The only thing I didn’t like was a dinner at the hotel restaurant- it was expensive and really not too tasty. Very „Americanized” menu. I would rather have something local and simple. Breakfasts were wonderful though.

The view is exceptional, the staff is very nice and the food in the restaraunt is very good. You can order tours to nearby locations and staff will help you managing that. The rooms are pretty basic, but comfortable and they have all one needs to have a relaxing holiday near nature. There is also a cool hiking trail through the jungle thdt circles back to the hotel and a swimming pool with an absolutely amazing view. Big thanks to Natalia and the rest of the crew for making our holiday so special!

There is a very pleasant girl working at the reception; unfortunately, I don’t remember her name. She is very kind, friendly, and radiates positive energy. We were greeted warmly, with an open heart. The room was clean, everything was great, breakfast was excellent, and the location is perfect. I recommend this hotel for at least a two-night stay. I am very satisfied; everything in the room works, including the air conditioning—everything is just fine.
