The room was really cosy and comfortable. As we here travelling during the low season, we got a free of charge room upgrade. The staff was helpful and able to speak in English. Nice breakfast, with Continental options. The hotel had free fruit available all day and free wine at night.

Staff were extremely helpful and offered choice of room as well as information about it. The facilities were excellent and great value for money. Hotels in Beijing at double the price were not so elegant and clean. Location was also excellent. It was quiet and private despite being in the very centre of Xi'an.

Fabulous hotel just outside centre of Xi'An. Very funky style with trendy industrial decor. Friendly staff. Beautifully clean room with comfortable beds. Free Coffee in bar area. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location and excellent room. It is super close to all the nice attractions in a very vibrant area e found the hotel very nice and well maintained despite it's age. The staff was helpful always. The breakfast was ok but more bread and good quality bread would be great.
