The experience was perfect at all levels. Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival. Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus in the summer heat. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful — especially Awatef Hamdi, who went above and beyond to make my stay even better. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily return.

Un hotel que supo tener su explendor en los años 90/00 bastante bien mantenido a la fecha, la piscina climatizada interna y el personal. The room was amazing and very comfortable. I had been upgraded to the club floor, but unfortunately left the hotel too early every morning to enjoy the breakfast! I managed one trip to the gym during my visit which was a real shame as the gym is better equipped than the one I belong to at home!
