This was the FIRST TIME I have to give a perfect score to any hotel anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered and treated as VVIPs. welcome drinks and valet parking. Our room had been decorated to accommodate our anniversary. The guest relations lady, Ahlam, went on my instagram, downloaded, printed and cut out photos, and arranged them with flowers on our bed. We were upgraded for free to a suite, we had complimentary cakes and fruit. We had complimentary drinks and snacks by the huge empty pool. Our dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Hell, Everything was exceptional, but the staff just made it magic.

I contacted the stuff before arriving and told them I'm coming for my wife's birthday.. When I entered the room I found balloons all around the room..and a happy birthday sticker was on the bad. As well small cake was already in the table. Perfect 😍

Breakfast was good, rooms were nice, clean, functional and the staff were very friendly.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. It was wonderful stay!! The apartment was spacious, beautiful and very big. And the bathroom was huge. The breakfast was delicious, and I also had the opportunity to use the lounge on the 7th floor - for snacks during the day. Wonderful idea!! I very appreciate help of Ali from the reception. He helped me with changing my car with rental comapny in the night I came to the hotel and supported me all the stay. I would also thank Monica from the reception and the girl from the lounge - she was so nice and kind!! The room service was also perfect (I do not remember the name, but maybe Yosuf).
