The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was luxurious and included a downstairs bedroom, as well as an upstairs suite - which perfectly suited our needs. The private pool was also great - a good size, clean and a pleasant temperature.

It was in the quiet part of the medina. The hotel facade was so unassuming. The minute you enter the lobby, you will be amazingly welcomed by a very refreshing lobby and poolside area. This seemed like the only hotel that offered multiple dining options! Truly a gem of Marrakech! I just couldn't remember their names, but all their staff from Concierge were truly wonderful people to talk to. Extremely helpful too!!!

Staff at the reception showed high level of commitment, dedication and respect. Shuttle bus to the old city centre. I’m excited and I had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to come back with family

The hospitality, kindness and warmth of the highly trained staff was exceptional. I loved the details and scale of the design and decoration of the hotel, gardens and facility. The villa was spacious and comfortable. The private pool very well used. Best shower ever! We had 3 exceptional meals in the restaurants.

Palais Ronsard Relais & Chateaux se encuentra en Marrakech, a 8,6 km de Museo Orientalista de Marrakech, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, centro de fitness y... Most beautiful property and the food was fantastic. We stayed in a Pavillon with its own private pool, but unfortunately the pool was not as clean as it should have been and the garden had too many weeds for a property of this class. Still, the main pool looked wonderful, the ambiance and general staff were fantastic.
