Desde el primer momento el personal me recibió con una sonrisa y una gran disposición para ayudar muy especialmente el personal de recepción …..Las habitaciones eran amplias, limpias y muy cómodas. El desayuno cada mañana fue variado y delicioso, y la ubicación del hotel resultó perfecta para moverme por la ciudad antigua Lo que más valoro es la calidad humana del equipo: siempre atentos, amables y profesionales, hicieron que me sintiera como en casa. Recomiendo este hotel sin ninguna duda y estoy seguro de que volveré en mi próxima visita GRACIAS POR TODO especialemente a Adib y Oumaima.

El Riad Palais Ommeyad es un palacio tradicional de estilo marroquí situado en la medina antigua, a 20 minutos a pie de la mezquita de Karaouiyne. Absolutely amazing!!! Just come come come you won't regret it LOL. The suite is beautiful and spacious, Very good location and good view of the whole medina city at the restaurant,enjoy the sunset . Hotel room is better than the pictures shown here. From the gate to the parking lot,When you arrive , call the hotel, the traditional well-dressed bell-boy would take you to the parking lot and help take your luggagel . At the Reception，Fatima is absolutely helpful and friendly and happy, And also the manager. They impressed me a lot. I will surely come next time. They are all happy person. We even make friends LOL... thank you all

Riad Amira Luxury Palace, que tiene restaurante, ofrece alojamiento en Fez, a 3,5 km de Palacio Real de Fez y a 8 min a pie de Bab Bou Jeloud Fes. Everything was perfect. The staffs were super nice and kind(especially Muhammad, thanks!). The hotel staff picked me up when I arrived, and took me to the meeting point on my last day going to another city. Fes medina is not an easy place to find a way, so it was very helpful! (Other hotels don’t do that unless you pay more). My room was pretty big, and the facilities were in a good condition. The location couldn’t be better.
