Not sure if I can say names on here but the very personable lady who checked us in (the one that had formerly worked at Disney) was so incredibly helpful, giving us a tour of the whole property upon our arrival which is quite large and giving us many recommendations for our few days in Puglia. The head of the bar program (the one who had previously worked in London) was so passionate about his craft, making very unique cocktail made almost exclusively with ingredients of Puglia or even the property. Some of the best cocktails we have had and great company too. This hotel is first rate and the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in, it doesn't get any better! We were quite sad to leave and say goodbye to the staff, thanks again for the great experience.

Don Ferrante - Dimore di Charme is in Monopoli's historical centre and offers a sunbathing area with views of the Mediterranean Sea. Location was fabulous and the staff wonderful. The hotel is in the controlled zone for cars but you can drive to the check in and the concierge valet parks the car. The suite was out of this world with great views and we loved having our nightcap on the balcony . Thank you to all for an exceptional stay.
