The staff was very courteous and helpful, the facilities were very clean, the ambiance was calm, refreshing.

The private bathroom comes with a shower and hairdryer. Select rooms offer a separate bathtub and butler service. Superb property, beautiful inside and out. Staff were friendly and exceptional service.

Modern rooms include a flat-screen satellite TV. Free WiFi is available in the rooms of the property. A very nice British style heritage hotel. Stay was great. Level of service is exceptional.

Situated in Gurgaon, 1.7 km from WorldMark Gurgaon, Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a restaurant. This 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. Guests can make use of a bar. Special thanks to Pawan, Monika and Prabhjot from the front desk team! They did a great job and made my stay very enjoyable (imagine this being written in Gold on a plaque, Pawan will now what I mean :D). It was great to celebrate Indepence Day with you! Also the rest of the staff was very friendly and doing a great job. Definitely will stay here again.

It could have been much better compared to the prices that we have paid. bakery items were very few.
