The hotel itself is stunning, with every corner designed thoughtfully and full of charm. The staff were incredible, welcoming us on the very same day we booked, and encouraging us to enjoy both the hotel’s facilities and the charm of Megève. Breakfast was perfect – so rich and plentiful! Just returned from a 4 night stay which was fantastic- staff couldn’t do enough for us, room was spacious for family, ski rental team were the best, Lou sorted out a problem with my booking, pool had view of sundown and jacuzzi was great after day of skiing. Can’t wait to return!

I do wish they had a full breakfast rather than just a continental breakfast. The food was good but limited.

From location, services, staff friendliness and helpfulness standpoint points, they were top notch. As this is a small hotel, all facilities such as swimming pool and gym etc… are quite small. Really love the location!
