Even the dog Daniel was very friendly .. we will surely miss them all and would love to visit them again and again.. they made us feel like home.. big thanks to them for their kind support and welcome.

It is a wonderful place! Perfect location in beautiful place nearby lake. We lived in twin room and it was big, clear and cosy. Various and tasty breakfast. Very friendly stuff always ready to help. I’m ashamed that don’t asked a name of a cute english speaking girl in reception. She suggested and helped to order a tickets of our trips in Zhangjiajie. Thank You! Also huge plus was free transfer from airport to hotel. Driver/ hotel worker was very kindly.

I’d definitely recommend to anyone who’s planning to go to Zhangjiajie!

The hosts went above and beyond: they prepared herbal foot baths after long hiking days, customized a vegetarian breakfast with local wild vegetable dumplings, and even arranged a private bilingual guide who revealed hidden viewpoints ahead of tourist crowds. The room seamlessly blended traditional Tusheng architecture with modern comforts (think heated floors and rainfall showers). What truly stood out was the proactive service—they contacted us pre-arrival to coordinate luggage storage and secured park tickets during peak season. If you seek authenticity over luxury, this family-run gem delivers soul-stirring moments you won’t find at chain hotels.

La ubicación es perfecta, literalmente a la puerta del parque. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y con unas vistas impresionantes. La piscina es un oasis después de un día de caminata, y el personal es tan amable que se han convertido casi en amigos. Nos ayudaron en todo con una sonrisa. El desayuno estaba delicioso. ¡Sin duda, si volvemos a Zhangjiajie, nos quedaremos aquí! ¡100% recomendable!

We came to China from Australia just to see if the world from the movie Avatarreally exists—and the scenery is absolutely stunning, both astonishing and praiseworthy. The people here are also wonderful, making us feel very safe. Everyone in our travel group agrees that China is amazing, with everything so well-organized. At the airport, staff were arranged to assist us and even put on a simple welcome performance. The staff’s English was quite good, and they were able to offer travel advice and make arrangements for us. With their help, we purchased attraction tickets and guide services—it was simply perfect. The food here is also delicious and, most importantly, very affordable. I really have to thank God and thank Avatarfor this experience.

Ubicación perfecta cerca de la estación. Habitación luminosa y cama muy cómoda. Desayuno buffet con productos frescos y café excelente. El personal, especialmente Carlos, nos ayudó a organizar todas las excursiones con gran amabilidad. ¡Servicio de transporte gratuito muy útil! Volveremos sin duda.

This hotel is right in the city center with a subway station downstairs – super convenient! The breakfast buffet was awesome, and the staff upgraded us to a high-floor room. Really appreciate their hospitality!
