My family enjoyed their stay in InterContinental Haikou. Staff are super helpful to assist all our needs. Our flight at early morning next day and friendly staff helped us with late check out. The room was beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern luxury and local charm. Immaculately clean, spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the in-room amenities left nothing to be desired.

Living room and dining areas can all be found in the spacious apartments with ocean view and 8 villas. The room was very clean, spacious and views over looking the pools and grounds are wonderful. The lobby is really grand with many places to sit and relax. The grounds are beautiful and were kept immaculate. The pools and beach staff were very attentive and always found a place for us to lounge. And most importantly was Maria the front desk manager, she is the one who made our trip extra special. She recommended great places to visit, shop and eat. She helped us with any and every questions we had, and even checked in on me and my wife on her day off. It’s people like Maria who go the extra mile and make your trip unforgettable. We cannot wait to return to Pullman.

There are a number of dinner options just directly opposite the hotel which is just a minute walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. Happy helped us throughout our stay guiding us with all the questions we had and making our stay a very pleasant one. Thanks Happy!! We will choose Sangem moon again if I come back again. It's really an exceptional hotel!!

Our stay here was excellent. One of the receptionists knew english so the check in process was much smoother compared to the majority of accommodations in Haikou. Great staff, professional and they even helped us book a taxi for very early in the morning. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom as well. Great value for money.
