Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Very nice to place and next to the sloop. The view of the Matterhorn Mountain is super cool from the balcony and resort main entrance. Restaurants are excellent. But no nightlife after skiing and u will need to go down to the village by train if u want to life the night experience in Zermatt. So i will recommend to split ur stay in 2 resorts, one on the top of the mountain like this one and second another resort in the village down.

Very helpful and courteous staff, super clean and super convenient location.

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. Zermatt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. The property boasts 3 restaurants and a spa. Everything!!! The room, the bathroom, the view, the customer service. The u expected surprise birthday cake at breakfast. The fact that nothing was too much. This was my first solo trip for my birthday and CERVO made it everything I imagined. I have no regrets or negatives. It was everything I imagined and hoped it to be. It is on the pricey side and this was a treat to myself so I did not mind. However for the price you do get what you see and read. So was worth it! Thank you 🙏🏽

Even though the spa facilities were temporarily located in a neighboring hotel, they were every bit as delightful—beautiful indoor and outdoor pools nestled in breathtaking natural surroundings. The transfer in a horse drawn carriage felt very fairy too! Every aspect of our stay was magical and exceeded our highest expectations.
