This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided by the staff at this wonderful hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and the table nearby the window were also great. I ordered an omelette and miso soup, both of which were excellent. The hotel was also within walking distance of the main tourist attractions of Wien. I want to stay at this hotel for our next trip to Wien.

The 5 Star Superior Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna - newly renovated is located in the city center of Vienna and offers luxurious life style in a historic landmark building. Right on Vienna’s famous Ringstraße boulevard it is only a short walk away from St. Stephen's Cathedral, the imperial palace (“Hofburg”) as well as most other touristic attractions within the city center. It features an 800 m2 luxury spa with hydro pool and several saunas and fitness center as well as a Michelin Star restaurant. We had a wonderful stay at the newly renovated Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna. The hotel feels fresh and modern, while still keeping the charm of the historic building. We stayed in a Deluxe room with a courtyard view, which was very quiet—so peaceful that we could sleep with the window open, something that’s rare in a city hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and details. The bed was super cozy and we slept really well throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was excellent, with both a buffet and à la carte options. There was a great selection of fresh food, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were friendly and professional, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and luxurious stay in a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Vienna. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others looking for a quiet, high-quality place to stay.

The room service was amazing , they took care of every comment and request we asked for ! The breakfast had a nice variety. The location of the hotel is at the city centre which made it easy to reach all museums, restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend it !
