Search five-star hotels in Ras Al Khaimah

It's a perfect family place with luxury and sumptuous food, we were half-board and both dinner as well as breakfast was just superb and rooms, swimming pool, surrounding everything was super clean and perfect, it was a perfect outing.

The staff; from the reception to management, buggy drivers, housekeeping all were amazing. We are at the Cinnamon restaurant and at the Basilico and service was great. Execellent and beyond our expectations. If thereore than 5 stars, I would give. Thank you.

Location is good. Breakfast ok. Very much dissatisfied with checkin delay and room condition. Service is not up to 5 star rating. We felt like, we have been to 4 star hotel

Food was very bad...especially lunch and dinner. They only serve chicken items and one item red meat. Fish is low quality. At dinner they service rotten fish which i reported to staff but no response from them. Bed sheets were dirty white and many strains on it. whiskey they served very low quality which is not as per 5 star standard ( DUNFIFE). Market price of that spirit is only 10 USD per liter. All together it's not worth for money we paid. We were only two men in group and two ladies and remaining all were kids.

The staff in the reception are very kind, also the hotel is very beautiful and clean.. The room seems like 5 stars 🌟 🤩.
