Words can’t adequately describe how wonderfully warmly we were received at Villa Keur Bibou. A beautiful house filled with tribal art and curiosities, a private boat to ferry you back and forth whenever you desire, expert local knowledge at your fingertips, a ride from the airport, all this organised without charge or fuss. Not to mention the surprise jacuzzi and aperitif, the warm and lovely staff who think of everything, are always nearby when you need them and completely invisible otherwise, and should you be lucky enough to meet Michel himself, well he’ll make you feel like you’re a visiting dignitary. I’ve travelled extensively, both with and without my family, and cannot recommend a stay here highly enough. They really care that you are comfortable, have everything you need or could want, and bend over backwards to make your stay perfect. 12 out of 10. Also worth mentioning that if you’re new to Dakar or Senegal the Île de Ngor is a great place to begin your stay. Removed from the hustle and bustle it packs in a lot of interest for its small size.

The place is beautiful and charming, full of art and with a cozy outside terrace. The host was very welcoming and we felt at home right away.

Facing the sea, Terrou-Bi offers contemporary accommodation, free Wi-Fi access, an outdoor swimming pool, a well-kept garden with seating areas, a casino and a private beach.

What I honestly loved was the service. Everyone was so helpful friendly and kind always ready to help with a smile so polite and respectful as well I would 100% recommend.

The location is great. The view is stunning on the ocean. The staff is very helpful. I booked first for a stay of 10 days. I needed to extend my stay. Coumba Ndiaye and Mr.Demba managed to find me a great room and were very helpful. I also include Coumba Mame and the ladies who were cleaning my room every day. I felt like being at home.

Set in Dakar, 27 km from Golf Club de Dakar - Technopole, Radisson Hotel Dakar Diamniadio features views of the pool.

Everything went really well—from the airport shuttle pick up and drop off to the comfort of my room. The staff was lovely throughout; they were super friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I was here for three nights to get over a big jet lag, and this hotel worked out perfectly for that. It was clean and quiet; the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great hot water. About the location: I suggest people look at the map before booking to see if it suits their needs. The area is being newly developed, so indeed you’re far from the city. There’s a big conference center next door and an even bigger sports arena across the highway. That’s it. The hotel also serves flight crews and those visitors who wish to be near the airport. The hotel’s location doesn’t impact the hotel’s quality, which is very good. Breakfast had plenty of options and I appreciated the coffee, croissants, and juices they had out for an early am departure.

Pullman Dakar Teranga is conveniently located in the heart of Dakar’s business district. It is just 1.5 km from the ocean and features an outdoor swimming pool and business centre.
