ALL Staff were courteous , always greets guests consistently. They even go out of their way to ask if you need assistance or how was your stay. You can borrow plates and utensils and reheat food you have ordered with them. Minibar supply provided is free, the only time you need to pay is when already consumed the initially provided. ( 3 cans of fruit juices, 2 cans of beer, 2 peanut kisses). Water is free althroughout. Very calm and relaxing place. Perfect for those who wanted to unwind and wanted a quiet place to stay. Food was ok. Amenties were good. There are activities that will make your stay enjoyable. NVR transfers and tour partner is great. They were welcoming and very polite during our tour. Our room has a great view of the ocean. Pool was clean. Overall its the best hotel we have stayed in even compared to other 5 star hotels in Manila and resort Cebu hotels we have tried.

This place is a small corner of heaven. The beach/sand is so shiny and white, the sea of an amazing color, and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. They’ll take amazing care of you and will make you feel at home. The restaurant is delicious, with such great variety of dishes and cocktails. Really worth the stay. You’re not far from Alona beach (just 10 mins with local tuktuk), which offers loads of small restaurants and bars if you want to spend the evenings there - however, Alona beach is more touristy and crowded so I loved going back to the piece and quiet of Bohol beach club. The resort is also super close to the airport (10-15 mins drive with taxi) and the ride can obviously be booked through the hotel and it’s not expensive at all.

Immediately upon entering we were made to feel like VIP guests, a warm welcome from all the staff (who were phenomenal throughout and went the extra mile), fresh calamari’s juice and a cold towel, and a private lift to our villa. We were delighted with our initial room, however shortly after we arrived we were given a free upgrade to THE BEST VILLA on the property, which had the most beautiful interior, all the amenities and more, as well as a beautiful private pool. The location was remote, but everything you could need is onsite, including one of the best restaurants on the island.

The whole team at BE Grand made our stay so enjoyable. From pick-up at the airport, check-in in our villa, accommodating personalised requests, nightly sweet treats for us to enjoy in our villa and smiles from everyone around the resort. We could not fault Neil (our butler) along with Darel (another butler), Kevin (F&B) were superb. Our thanks also goes to Ms Kathy (Front of House Manager). You're promised a true taste of luxury at this resort - and it delivers 👌 We had a relaxing and refreshing stay at this resort. The staff are friendly and eager to help. The rooms are comfortable and classy. We fell in love with the comfort of the bed. You're only a minute away from the beach, and the pools are to die for. You have options between adult and kid pools. You can rotate between pools and never get bored. The best views are from the main adult only pools where you get to see the skyline and the ocean. The sunsets at Alona Beach are popular for a reason - it does get crowded on the beach, but it's worth it. Breakfast buffets are good. While the range isn't massive, the taste is delicious - especially the sweets! The in room dining experience and quality is top notch. My favorite highlight was enjoying the in-pool walk up bar and just cooling down in the pools.

Great facilities and the shuttle into Alona beach was really helpful too! We also liked the buffet breakfast each morning and the staff were really nice. There’s also lots of places to eat within walking distance if you choose not to eat at the restaurant (Korean bbq across the road is so good).
