If you have a room on a higher floor, the view of the city is spectacular. Guests on particular floors get access to Westin Lounge on the 29th floor, which allows you to have 3 meals a day of a very high quality. The location is convenient but it all depends where you want to go in the city. Don't take taxis recommended from the concierge because they are twice as expensive as the ones you can catch on the street. Beware that Lima is a big city and the traffic moves very slowly whenever you go. The staff is very helpful and the hotel experience overall is excellent.

    The check in process. My group reached at the hotel in the morning and was told we could only check in at 3PM. To fasten the check in process, we had provided all needed information to the receptionist. But when we returned from Lima city tour, which are already 3:30PM, we were told to redo everything again, and they even keeping us to wait for more than 30minutes to get our luggages. What's wrong with this so call 5 stars hotel? This level of services doesn't meet with the 5 stars.
