This was my families second visit, the first time we stayed for 4 days and this time for 8. The facilities are great, the service is not 5 star at all, and a real disappointment.
The rooms are clean and the food was tasty, the house reef was beautiful. Compliments to the kitchen and restaurant staff, the variety of food for our 8 day stay was great, the chef [s] are great and the Easter spread was really world class.

Amazing Island and staff were very accommodating. Food in the main restaurant thats included in the stay is mediocre for a 5 star and could be improved slightly.

Lovely property esp the two bed reef residence - pure indulgence and so spacious for our family of four
Friendly and extremely accommodative staff, esp Shaulaan (our butler) and Shankar the teppanyaki chef
Had the most peaceful, relaxing and restorative holiday and already we are talking about a return journey
Food in both amigos and raiyvilla were v good - esp amigos

We would like to express our deep gratitude to the entire Emerald team for their hospitality. Special thanks to our butler Wisham, he made our stay incredibly special, every day it was a real fairy tale. We would also like to thank the chef and team for the incredibly delicious dishes. And a special thank you to the bartender Ahmed, delicious cocktails and he was very attentive and cheerful to us.

There are so manny wonderfull thigs at The Standard i do jot know where to start.
But the thing i liked the most was the vibe. 5 star hotel with very relaxed, friendly staff. It seemed as if i was surrounded by friends.
An amazing thing was that staff knew my first name. Such a small detail with huge importance.
Kids club-i couldn’t get the kids out to enjoy the holiday:)). Asma, the girl supervising and playing with kids is absolutely gifted and amazing

Perfect location, amazing staff that went above and beyond for a truly personalised and five star experience, food and wifi were all amazing, all inclusive was well worth it. The pictures don’t even do the resort justice, it’s even better in real life. Rooms are huge, clean, refreshed twice daily. It was perfect.

The resort is beautiful and the people working there are very kind and nice. The island is very beautiful and the RAA atoll is one of the nicest of the Maldives. As said, people working there are professional, but the service offered is not really a 5 star hotel experience. Food from the buffet is not bad, but not something you can't wait to eat...

The quality of Joali’s design was superb. every detail was beautiful and harmonious. It is a very relaxed and sophisticated place at the same time. The main like was the staff, they were all genuinely outstanding.

wonderful resort with very big beatiful lagoon
we had the Ocean Suite, which I can recommend
great restaurants to choose from, all were super. Great bars with sun-set view. Also loved the infinity pool with is for Ocean Suites Guests.
Special thanks to the team of the Baani restaurant, outstanding service from everyone, and thanks to our butler Prikchit, who always responded practically in real-time
We had a great massage by Jen in the spa
great snorkeling right from our place, nice diversity of fish, quite intact coral

Everything!!
To name the best:
1) Environment: pristine, clean, beautiful sorroundings
2) Ocean Villas: plenty of privacy, very well equipped, clean and kept clean every day.
3) Staff: very helpful, watching your every need. Our butler Preetham was there for us 24/7, for all our needs and more. Thank you for making our stay perfect.
Also special thanks to Ayla and A. Jay as well as our water sports staff.
I would rarely say this of on all inclusive resort, but this was a real 5 star experience really worth its value.
