The staff were very polite and really took care of their guests. We were warmly welcomed and nicely surprised by an upgraded bigger room. All our needs and requests were satisfied. The hotel was clean, the bed were comfortable, there was everything needed in the rooms and the breakfast buffet was diverse. I’d highly recommend it.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Everything exceeded our expectations – the breakfast was delicious, the rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable, and the staff was truly outstanding. I have never encountered such attentive and helpful staff anywhere else, which made our experience feel extra special. Another great advantage is the location: the hotel is right in the middle of everything, with plenty of activities nearby, which was one of the main reasons we chose it. We also appreciated the smart feature in the room, where you can check directly on the TV everything related to your stay – from what you consumed, to the total bill, and even the places where you spent it (inside the hotel).

Best arrival into hotel, have ever had. Choice of drinks - not the typical fizzy alcohol or sweet juice. For example sparkling water and they bring a large bottle and then bring the arrival admin to you rather than doing it at reception desk. Duplex suite we had was generous - 85sq m rather than 55 sqm quoted which was just the lounge element , bedroom and bathroom above as rooms 5m? high. Service and attitude from staff excellent.
