The hotel had opened on the day i stayed! The staff were amazing and so accomodating. Staying in a brand new room felt fun and if there were any issues (just due to it being just opened), the staff were sure to sort them out immediately! I felt like the most special guest in the hotel and this was appreciated.

Located at the Forum Mall , extremely convenient for shopping and entertainment. The Mall has a wonderful variety of branded and non branded stores including a Lulu supermarket. Prices are very keen as is the selection of retail stores and goods at great quality, great prices . Situated across the banks of the Backwaters, most beautiful views from the rooms . Restaurants are excellent value for money - as is in room dining , flavorful food and menu options . The Property is Beautifully designed with minute attention to artistic as well as functional detail in the rooms - what a pleasure to the eye !!!- and extremely comfortably outfitted , spacious bedrooms with balconies that have the option of protective shade blinds as well as mosquito netting ! Best of all are staff , pleasant, willing and eager to make ur stay a pleasant one, always listening, always willing to go the extra mile . Thank you for a wonderful stay of 3 nights ...wish we had more time to spend at this property.

Hello, Forte Kochi! Words can hardly express how wonderful my stay at your hotel was. The ambiance transported me to the charm and elegance of the early 20th century. What truly stood out was the deep connection with nature—whether it was the views of towering trees from the windows, the lush greenery woven into the interior decor, or the cheerful birdsong in the background. The unique tilework added a character all its own, giving the space a distinct and memorable atmosphere. Your staff was incredibly attentive, and I can’t forget to mention—the food was absolutely delicious!

This is probably the best place I've been. It is a real gem, it is an real antique museum. The owner explained that he dedicated his life to this hotel and you can see this in the finest details around. Also he is great person whom you can address with all your questions. Staff is on a highest level. Restaurant is one of the best in the town. Area is very cozy and communicative. I do hope to return there for another great experience!

A real gem in this town. Exceptionally well located near the water. Tastefully restored old building. Restaurant with good cuisine. The staff is above and beyond praise. Very nice and quite large swimming pool. Second time staying at this hotel and very happy about it.

    Property location was just so good as I liked the calm and quiet surroundings. It is clean and well maintained, and the hotel staff were the sweetest people - 5 stars on politeness & courtesy. Special gestures from the staff made the stay more memorable.

    Welcome staff was polite, courteous and hardworking, especially there were four ladies, two trainees at the lobby and two at the driveway - no doubts! Breakfast - okay; nothing exceptional, we have stayed in so many 5 stars, though, we had much better breakfast options before. Sorry but live counters were a disaster; under pressure, they cannot handle ordered food, it was clearly evident. Staff does not take the instructions properly.
