The food was excellent for both lunch and breakfast. The foyer entrance, restaurants and bar area are 5 star, but other areas of this ‘Marriott’ hotel are not 5 star.

First, the staff is friendly and helpful, meeting the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Special shout-out to Debang, Nurul and Johannes. The breakfast buffet was really good. And the food at Jade (Chinese restaurant) was within expectation. As for the room, the amenities are great.

The breakfast was variety of every things and the location in city Centre was excellent, however; Unavailability of the bar in 4/5 star hotel was unexpected!! The room was excellent with massage services in room was fabulous. Thank you.

The staff are friendly, the room is big, but the facilities wasn't complete. I need to request for simple thing like floor mat to be provided. They didn't really clean the room throughly, and didn't change bed sheets until i asked them to do. My room was uncleaned and dusty until I complained to them. The standart of five stars isn't match to the service and amnities.
