The staff are extremely friendly, polite and also good fun. Love the breakfast, so much on offer I couldn't try everything. The hotel owners also make wine, which is served at the hotel, pleasantly surprised as I've never tried Croatian wine before. The food is excellent in the restaurant, the octopus salad is a must, the ceviche incredible with home made bread served at wach meal. Wonderful service too. The secure underground parking was a huge bonus, even for a large SUV with a roof box, plenty of space. The room we had was big enough for the 3 of us, lovely comfortable beds and a partial sea view. The hotel is brand new and in a peaceful location on the sea front, a short drive away from Pula town centre if you want to enjoy a vibrant town centre. There is a local boat hire facility a short walk across the bridge into the Marina where there is also a restaurant and bar. A boat tour is a must, even for a few hours (negotiate on price) . Ask for Ivo, very friendly young man and capable skipper.

It's hard to find fault with this hotel. They made us feel like a million dollars. From the beautiful architectural and interior design throughout the hotel, everything spotlessly clean, top class service from the moment you drive to the entrance to the moment you leave, amazing choice and quality of breakfast and dinner buffet items. Lots of thoughtful extras free of charge - beach bag, flip flops, constant bottles of water in your room, afternoon refreshments drink at the sunbeds. Prices of drinks and lunches in the bars was very reasonable. Management were visible throughout our stay, making sure everything ran like clockwork and everywhere scrupiously clean. There is so much space and private areas around the hotel and grounds that it never felt busy. Beach boys did a great job managing beds. This is a top class hotel.

It was brilliant I do think it was a little expensive but you are paying for the location and activities I think it would be nice if these sites did offer different bands for people without children and the need for the kiddy clubs and activities

Everything was perfect. Its a super cosy and friendly, one of a kind luxurious restort. Access to the seaside / beach is possible as well. Hotel staff is pure gem: all of them are super friendly and attentative, making our stay unforgetably classy and unique.. Food - delicious. Wines - lovely and happy drinkable. This is a real positive surprise. Super comfortable, well equipped house, tasteful furnishings, polite, kind owner. Ideal for families and groups of friends. The nearby beaches, to which access is provided by the host, are excellent, clean. Bale is beautiful, safe, quiet with great bars, restaurants close to the accommodation. I very much recommend this place to anyone who wants to avoid the crowded places, appreciates high standards and the atmosphere of a wonderfully restored old town. Our family will definitely return.

The property was spotless, and the staff were wonderfully attentive and friendly. Although we had a minor issue with the hot water in our mobile home, the reception team quickly resolved it within two hours.
